Quality Matters. Use only all natural 100% pure essential oils, with no synthetics, fillers, or additives. Trust your source and your educator!

I’m often asked, if you could only have 1 oil which would you choose? If I could only have 1, I’d choose Frankincense — hands down. Alternatively, Lavender.

As, I start to build a collection, I’d choose the oils listed below. With these, I can support so many things.

Keep a Collection of Essential Oils On Hand

One of the hardest things for me is for someone to call me desperate for help and know that I can’t put high-quality oils in their hands the same day, unless they are local to me. So I encourage everyone to have a few oils on hand as part of a good first aid kit.

No matter what oil you hasve — set your intention. Intention is everything. Take a deep breath, meditate, pray, send positive energy to the univere and use your essential oil Oils know how to work with the body. In the meanwhile, we can focus on getting you more targeted oils and products for the current need you’re facing.
