Referrals are one of the greatest compliments I can receive. To thank the clients, friends, pet professionals, and community members who share my work, qualifying referrals are reviewed and rewarded at the end of each calendar month.

How the Referral Program Works

The referring person submits the referral form. The new client’s answer to the “Who referred you?” question is used to verify it.

Referral counts are based on qualifying services completed within the same calendar month. Nothing carries forward, and there is no ongoing credit balance to track.

Four or More Verified Referrals

10% of the qualifying revenue collected from all verified referrals during that calendar month

Once four qualifying referrals are completed within the same calendar month, the fixed reward tiers are replaced by a percentage-based reward.

Digital Gift Card Receive the percentage-based reward as a digital gift card.
Service Credit Apply the reward toward one eligible Wellness Roadmap Consult or higher-level service.
Nonprofit Donation Donate the reward to the featured nonprofit in your honor.

How the Four-Referral Level Works

Once four or more qualifying referrals are completed within the same calendar month, the fixed reward tiers no longer apply. Your reward becomes 10% of the qualifying revenue collected from all qualifying referrals completed during that month.

For example, if four qualifying new clients generate $1,200 in qualifying revenue, your referral reward would be $120.

Percentage-Based Reward

What Qualifying Revenue Means

Qualifying revenue is not the new client’s total lifetime spending. It includes only the amount collected from that new client’s first eligible WellOiledK9 consultation or qualifying support package.

Included in Qualifying Revenue

  • The amount actually paid and collected for the new client’s first eligible service
  • A completed Wellness Roadmap Consult or higher-level qualifying service
  • A completed Foundational, Transformation, or Comprehensive Support package
  • A qualifying Nutrition Consultation or Wellness Roadmap Consult
  • The amount paid after any valid discount has been applied

Excluded from Qualifying Revenue

  • Any later purchase or follow-up service purchased by the referred client
  • Membership, email support, classes, guides, products, testing, or other excluded services
  • Taxes, shipping charges, payment processing fees, or outside expenses
  • Discounts, coupons, complimentary amounts, or unpaid balances
  • Refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged-back transactions
Only the referred client’s first eligible WellOiledK9 service is used for the referral count and percentage calculation. Future purchases, renewals, follow-up services, and membership payments do not generate additional referral rewards.

Which Services Count?

A referral qualifies only when the new client completes a Wellness Roadmap Consult or a higher-level consultation or support package. Lower-cost services, subscriptions, products, and email-only support do not qualify.

  • Free or complimentary services
An excluded purchase does not count toward the monthly referral total and is not included when calculating the 10% qualifying-revenue reward.
Eligibility

What Counts as a Verified Referral?

Every referral must meet all of the following requirements before it is included in your monthly referral count or reward.

  • The referred person must be a new WellOiledK9 client.
  • The new client must identify you as the person who referred them.
  • The new client must book and pay for an eligible Wellness Roadmap Consult or higher-level service.
  • The qualifying service must be completed.
  • Payment must be successfully collected and remain in good standing.
  • You must submit the referral form so the information can be matched and verified.
End-of-Month Review

When Rewards Are Calculated

Counted by Completion Date

Referrals are counted in the calendar month in which the new client’s qualifying service is completed.

Calculated After Month-End

Completed services and collected payments are reviewed after the last day of the month.

Fresh Start Each Month

Referral counts reset on the first day of every month and do not carry forward into another month.

Rewards are generally issued within 14 days after the end of the applicable calendar month.

Service Credit Details

Using a Referral Service Credit

Service credits may only be used toward an eligible Wellness Roadmap Consult or higher-level service.
Service credits cannot be applied toward membership or email services.
Service credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Service credits cannot be transferred to another person.
Only one referral service credit may be used per eligible service.
Credits cannot be combined with another referral reward, discount, or promotion.
The full credit must be applied toward one eligible service.
Any unused portion is forfeited and does not remain as an account balance.
Credits must be used within six months of being issued.
Credits cannot be applied retroactively to a previously paid or completed service.
Program Guidelines

A Few Important Details

The referral program is open to clients, friends, pet professionals, community members, and others who genuinely recommend WellOiledK9.
Only one referring person may receive credit for each new client.
The name supplied by the new client will be used to verify the referral.
The referral form must be submitted within 30 days of the qualifying service.
Refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged-back services do not qualify.
Referral counts are based on completed qualifying services, not leads, inquiries, or appointments that were not completed.
Social media shares, comments, tags, and recommendations are appreciated but do not qualify without a completed eligible service.
Self-referrals do not qualify. Referral rewards are also unavailable when the referring person is already being paid or compensated for the same referral.
Referral rewards are an appreciation benefit and are not wages, commissions, or ongoing compensation.
WellOiledK9 may review unusual, duplicate, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent submissions before issuing a reward.
WellOiledK9 may update, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time.
