How dog Nutrition Affects Dog Behavior

As a trainer & behaviorist, solving behavioral challenges is such an important part of what I do. It’s the thing that allows dogs to stay in their homes and to live fuller healthier lives. So, as I started to see issues becoming more and more common I started looking for better answers. This didn’t mean just more training, it meant more complete “whole-dog” solutions.

There are nutritional roots in the resolution of aggression, anxiety, arousal, fear, and trauma, and every other aspect of well-being. When encountered a very complex behavior case that training alone could not resolve, it me down a path of deep learning in nutrition and wellness for our dogs. I needed answers for this dog and its family. I found them. Nutrition and Natural Wellness are so important, all of my training programs now include education and guidance on how these key areas of health can affect the behavior and longevity of our beloved pets.
